Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this timeframe.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping will be your responsibility.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that’s faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and, once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including your original shipping costs.


4. Changed Your Mind?

No problem! You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Return shipping will be at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the cost of the product (excluding original shipping fees).


5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If it’s been more than 10 business days and your refund hasn’t appeared, please contact us at support@goldenacresupply.com.


6. Restocking Fees

In certain situations, a restocking fee may apply. If so, it will be clearly communicated before processing your return.
